Yesterday in chamber I raised a deeply concerning case involving a constituent living with Alzheimer’s and the distress caused by poor communication around their care. I welcome the Minister’s thoughtful response and his commitment to look into this case further. It is vital that vulnerable people and their families are always treated with dignity, clarity and receive the support they deserve.
