Today I asked the Minister to reassure my constituents about the impact of recent planning changes on the smallest and sickest babies, with specific reference to neonatal care at University Hospital Wishaw. The Minister confirmed that outcomes are supported by strong clinical evidence, with care co-located with specialist surgery and anesthesia, and endorsed by Bliss Scotland.
